Job summary

Egnite HR TECH is seeking a hands-on engineering professional to own the design-to-manufacturing lifecycle for engine assembly line equipment. The role includes taking concepts through manufacturing and installation, performing basic calculations, and driving end-to-end execution.

You will manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with customer teams and suppliers, and drive FAT/SAT, commissioning, trials and launch support to ensure production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Experience in taking design from concept through manufacturing and installation.
• Able to perform basic engineering calculations to size machine components.
• Able to analyze problems and implement improvements in existing designs and equipment.
• Responsible for leading end-to-end execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with customer Production Engineering teams, equipment suppliers, and global vendors to ensure on-time equipment procurement, installation, and production readiness
• Drive FAT, SAT, commissioning, production trials, and launch support activities.
