Job summary

ZOOK Enterprises in Canada seeks a CWP Technical Project Manager to lead engineering project planning, coordination, execution, tracking, and closeout for custom welded products. You will work with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, suppliers, and customers to meet milestones, deliverables, validation activities, and controlled documentation.

Final approvals come from engineering, quality, or functional authority while you coordinate inputs, track decisions, and ensure required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• PM training or equivalent; CAPM/PMP preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering projects in manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specs and controlled docs.

Responsibilities

• Define project priorities, scope, deliverables, timelines, resources and execution plans.
• Lead cross-functional engineering project execution from concept to release and readiness.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action trackers, risks, meeting notes and decisions logs.
• Coordinate technical inputs, drawings, test requirements, supplier info and customer feedback with owners.
• Facilitate APQP, validation, manufacturing readiness and documentation release.
• Coordinate welding-related project activities, tests, certifications, and customer specs.
• Lead project review meetings, report status, decisions, and actions.
• Identify risks with evidence and propose next steps with ownership and urgency.
