Your Day-to-Day Adventures

Technical Program Oversight

  • Collaborate with product, project, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to define program requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine program management plans, including schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery of technology solutions.
  • Support development and prioritization of the technology roadmap, focusing on vetted initiatives and maturing concepts into executable programs following a tollgate process.
  • Track progress across engineering programs, providing visibility into execution, risks, and alignment with strategic objectives, escalating issues as needed.
  • Lead Tech Reviews to foster collaboration, transparency and to make decisions with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support Engineering Operations with rollout and continuous improvement of standardized configuration management practices across engineering.
  • Establish, optimize, and maintain engineering document control processes supporting traceability, compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure configuration baselines are structured, maintained, and clearly communicated to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Collaborate frequently with Australia-based teams, including flexibility for early morning and evening calls as needed.

Operations & Systems Engineering Support

  • Support systems engineers, project engineers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) by enabling structured execution, documentation, modelling, and change tracking.
  • Act as a key connector between engineering, operations, and product/project teams to ensure continuity and smooth workflow transitions.

Process Improvement Leadership

  • Support Engineering Operations with process improvement initiatives focused on scale, efficiency, and quality.
  • Use metrics, data, and feedback loops to evaluate improvement outcomes.
  • Strengthen the integration and utilization of engineering tools, including CAD environments and modelling/analysis workflows.

Program Scheduling & Milestone Tracking

  • Own program-level scheduling using Fusion Manage and MS Project, as well as and other control tools.
  • Report on milestones, dependencies, and critical-path activities to drive predictable delivery, and escalate as needed.
