Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree required.
• MBA or equivalent business training is an asset.
• 3–7 years of experience in product development, product management, sales, design engineering, manufacturing or distribution ops in an industrial or B2B environment.

• Strategic development: analyze trends, VOC, competitive landscape, and business propositions.
• Market development: define target segments, verticals, accounts, and compelling value propositions.
• Offering category management: manage annual plan, pricing, and lifecycle from introduction to end of life.
• Business operations: coordinate with operations for delivery, quality, and marketing programs, and collaborate with Sales on multi-channel strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver value propositions.
