Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in Engineering Operations or related work experience.
• Associate's degree with 8+ years in Engineering Operations or related work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years in Engineering Operations or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the development or improvement of tools and processes to increase efficiency.
• Participates in training development.
• Collects, analyzes, and consolidates metrics data.
• Compiles and organizes budget and project information needed to develop budgets.
• Participates in the tracking and compiling of engineering expenses and timelines against budgets.
• Participates in creating budget reports quarterly or as needed.
