Job summary

Qualcomm Canada ULC is seeking an Engineering Operations professional to provide process insight and support for product development. You will manage budgets, track headcount, and collaborate with finance, engineering, and program management to forecast and allocate resources and meet program demands.

With 6+ years in Engineering Operations or related roles, you will contribute to tool development, data collection, and quarterly budget reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
• Associate's degree and 8+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the development or improvement of tools and processes to increase efficiency.
• Participates in training development.
• Collects, analyzes, and consolidates metrics data.
• Compiles and organizes budget and project information needed to develop budgets.
• Participates in the tracking and compiling of engineering expenses and timelines against budgets.
• Participates in creating budget reports quarterly or as needed.
