Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering management.
• Proven background developing complex products that integrate FPGA, DSP, embedded software and hardware.
• Bilingual French and English (customer interactions outside Quebec and head office in Ontario).

• Allocate manpower to projects and R&D activities, balance program requirements and staffing levels.
• Monitor employee performance and conduct annual appraisals.
