Job summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, this role drives process improvements, budgeting support, and cross-functional coordination between engineering, design, and site teams to meet client requirements.

• Experience leading engineering teams and cross-functional groups.
• Strong background in project delivery and process improvement.
• Experience with budgeting and resource forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Delivery & Design department, ensuring efficient delivery aligned with company objectives.
• Guide Product Development, Structural Engineering, Design, Project Management and Site Supervision teams with coaching and hands-on support.
• Identify and implement cross-functional process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Support departmental budgeting, forecasting, reporting and resource tracking activities.
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics and project KPIs to align with business objectives.
• Coordinate resource planning and workload distribution across teams to meet schedules.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and operational excellence.
• Ensure effective coordination between engineering, digital design, project management and site teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.
