Job summary
The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) is seeking a Manager, Engineering to lead the delivery, modernization, and operational excellence of its enterprise digital onboarding platform. You will oversee a team of software engineers building cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Azure, driving API-first design and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading software engineering teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale onboarding platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with Azure or comparable cloud platforms.
- API-first design and event-driven integration experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers and provide technical mentorship.
- Own end-to-end delivery of onboarding initiatives and APIs.
- Drive modernization of cloud-native onboarding platforms and services.
- Partner with product, design, and business to optimize onboarding journeys.
- Ensure security, reliability, and production-readiness of solutions.
- Communicate progress and risks to senior leadership.
