Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack delivery.
• Experience leading architecture for production applications and MVP-to-production deployments.
• Proven ability to estimate technical work and communicate with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own software architecture and major engineering design decisions for products and client builds.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and design scalable, secure systems.
• Define deployment approaches, APIs, data models, and integration patterns with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
• Lead technical hardening from MVP to production for enterprise readiness and go-to-market.
• Establish coding standards, review processes, and automated testing to improve quality and delivery velocity.
