About the Role
We’re hiring an Engineering Evangelist who will become the public face of technical content and education efforts. This role focuses on creating video-based learning content for YouTube and similar platforms — engaging, teaching, and inspiring engineering and QA professionals globally.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility position for someone with strong technical experience and a natural ability to connect with others through content.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce engaging, high-quality videos for YouTube and other channels, aimed at developers and QA professionals.
- Translate complex engineering and testing topics into clear, practical, and visually compelling content.
- Stay informed on new features, updates, and best practices across internal tools and the broader QA/Dev community.
- Represent the company at virtual events, webinars, and online communities.
- Provide community insights and feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a growing content library supporting developer onboarding and engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Engineering, preferably with management or leadership roles.
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable on camera and able to break down technical concepts.
- Experience with basic video recording/editing tools or working with a media team.
- Passionate about educating others and building trust within developer and QA communities.
- Must complete a personality test (MBTI) — note that ESFp and ISFj profiles will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a developer evangelist, advocate, or in a dev-rel role.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and methodologies.
- Strong online presence or experience growing a technical audience.
