About the Position

What You Will Be Doing

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing management of Transcendent and ALICE systems for preventative maintenance and work order tracking.
• Perform office administration duties, including payroll preparation, document management, record keeping, and internal communications.
• Act as office administrator for GAIA.
• Maintain and update departmental Health & Safety binders on an ongoing basis.
• Organize, coordinate, and track hotel and residence preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate, schedule, and monitor in‑house work and external service contractors.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Experience working in a hotel maintenance environment, including preventative maintenance programs.
• Ability to remain flexible and consistently re‑prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous exposure to departmental accounting and administrative tasks.
• Experience with contractor scheduling and project administration.
• Strong computer skills across Microsoft Windows applications, with the ability to quickly learn web‑based systems and software.
• Experience using property‑management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
