Aecon is seeking an Engineering Co-op Student to join the Ladore Spillway Seismic Upgrade Project in Campbell River, British Columbia. This site‑based position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience on a critical infrastructure project focused on enhancing the long‑term safety, reliability, and resilience of a key hydroelectric facility.
Working alongside experienced engineers, superintendents, and project teams, the successful candidate will be exposed to all aspects of heavy civil construction, including concrete works, earthworks, structural upgrades, planning, scheduling, quantity tracking, cost control, quality management, and daily field operations.
This role provides valuable opportunities for professional growth, learning, and career development while contributing to the successful delivery of a complex project that supports British Columbia's essential energy infrastructure.
The expected pay range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
