Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve detailed application drawings to ensure compliance with corporate standards as well as local regulatory and safety requirements.
• Under minimal supervision may be required to prepare drawings utilizing AlumaProducts.
• Working independently, prepare complete and accurate engineering calculations for a variety ofprojects
• Provide assistance and feed back to detailers on design issues and come up with solutions to complexproblems.
• Monitor work schedule to ensure work is completed ontime.
• Provide technical support to sales force andcustomers.
• May be required to carry out jobsite inspections for specificprojects.
• Occasionally visits construction projectsites.
• This position has limited supervisoryresponsibilities

Qualifications

• Must posses a professional engineering license.
• Bachelor degree in engineering / Applied Science or equivalent.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer with a recognized Professional Engineering Association.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible working experience in relevant field.
• Commitment to professional career development.
• Demonstrated team work and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work collegially with sales personnel and others to provide customer-focused engineered solutions in the rental and/or sale of forming, shoring and scaffolding products.
• Sound working knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit/Inventor software and MSOffice. Good working knowledge of structural analysis software.

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
