The Mosaic Company invites applications for Engineer I, New Graduate Program at Mosaic Potash Esterhazy and related sites in Saskatchewan. You will provide plant process engineering support to operations, helping optimize performance, solving problems, and contributing to safety and environmental standards.
The program seeks a bachelor’s degree in engineering and strong communication, with willingness to travel and work rotating shifts. SAP/Maximo, AutoCAD or Primavera are a plus.

Where will you work: Mosaic Potash Esterhazy is an underground potash mine located 90 kilometers south of Yorkton. Its split between three mine sites - K1, K2 and K3 which will be the largest, and one of the world’s most competitive underground potash mines in the world. Mosaic Potash Colonsay is a conventional shaft mine that utilizes two-rotor mining machines and room and pillar mining techniques. This underground potash mine is located 70 kilometers southeast of Saskatoon. Mosaic Potash Belle Plaine is a solution mine and refinery located 50 kilometers west of Regina on the Trans-Canada Highway. It is the world’s largest solution mine that is full of talented people and is home to over 500 dedicated employees. Mosaic Corporate Canadian Office Regina located at 2010 12th avenue in Regina SK employs supporting functions of Mosaic operations. From functional areas such as procurement, engineering, quality control, IT (Information Technology), public affairs, HR (Human Resources) and marketing.
Provide plant process engineering support to the operations group, including plant optimization, troubleshooting, efficiency improvement, problem solving, and problem prevention. Leverage ideas and assistance including resources across plant sites. Plan and identify business objectives by evaluating viable options, preliminary design development, and preliminary economic and risk mitigation evaluation. Provide commission and start-up support for assigned projects. Support current business initiatives, such as specific problem-solving projects or improvement activities involving multiple sites. Ensure site safety and environmental standards are being followed through safety audits, risk assessments, and housekeeping tours. Report any issues that can impact the environment or the safety of the employees.
