Job summary

An innovative manufacturing company in the Niagara Region is seeking a Paint Technician to be a key member of their assembly operations. In this role, you will handle critical paint requirements for engine production, which includes painting engine parts according to specifications, performing inspections, and managing maintenance of paint tools and systems. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, relevant paint experience, and be detail-oriented while working in a team-focused environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or relevant paint experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of required tools & equipment, such as the operation of electrostatic paint guns.
• Ability to adapt and be successful handling multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work at heights and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Painting all engine types and parts per engineering specifications.
• Completing required paint inspection reports and documenting non-conformities.
• Managing scheduled preventative maintenance on all paint and wash systems.
• Tracking inventory of gun parts, consumables, and other materials.
