Job summary

Wipro is seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader to own end-to-end Data, AI, and GenAI programs for TD Bank. You will serve as the primary interface with TD Bank leadership, drive executive governance, and guide business value discussions.

You will manage data platforms, analytics, and AI initiatives across Canada, the US, and India, ensuring delivery excellence, governance, risk management, and SLA adherence.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary interface between Wipro and TD Bank leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with business executives, technology leaders, and data stakeholders.
• Lead executive governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and business value discussions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Data, AI, GenAI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

Delivery Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Analytics, AI, and GenAI programs.
• Ensure delivery excellence through strong governance, risk management, and SLA adherence.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams across Canada, the US, and India.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity gains, and AI-infused delivery practices.

Data & AI Transformation

• Lead initiatives involving:
  • Azure Data Platform
  • Databricks
  • Data Engineering & Data Modernization
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting
  • Generative AI & Agentic AI
  • GitHub Copilot Adoption
  • AI-Powered Software Engineering
  • Data Governance & Data Quality
• Identify and implement AI-led productivity accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.

Commercial & Financial Ownership

• Own portfolio revenue, margin, utilization, and profitability.
• Drive account growth through:
  • Change Requests (CRs)
  • Upsell and Cross-sell opportunities
  • New Statement of Work (SOW) creation
  • Delivery-led growth initiatives
• Develop and manage account-level business plans and forecasts.

Talent & Capability Development

• Build scalable talent pipelines across Data Engineering, Databricks, AI, and Analytics skills.
• Drive workforce planning, fulfillment, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives.
• Sponsor AI upskilling and certification programs.
• Mentor Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, and emerging leaders.

Innovation & Strategic Growth

• Bring Wipro AI platforms and accelerators into client discussions.
• Collaborate with solution teams to shape large transformation opportunities.
• Support proposals, client workshops, innovation sessions, and roadmap planning.
• Create multi-year account growth strategies aligned to TD Bank priorities.

Preferred Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Consulting, or Account Management.
• 5+ years managing BFSI clients in North America.
• Strong understanding of banking data ecosystems and regulatory landscapes.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and global delivery teams.
• Proven success in generating revenue growth through account expansion.
