Job summary

Wipro Limited seeks an experienced Delivery Executive to lead Data Engineering, Analytics, and GenAI programs for TD Bank. You will manage onsite and offshore teams across Canada, the US, and India, ensuring governance, risk management, and high-quality delivery.

You will own portfolio profitability, drive account growth through CRs and SOWs, and mentor delivery leaders while building scalable talent pipelines in Data Engineering, Databricks, and AI.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Technology Delivery, Consulting, or Account Management.
• 5+ years managing BFSI clients in North America.
• Strong understanding of banking data ecosystems and regulatory landscapes.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and global delivery teams.
• Proven success in generating revenue growth through account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable talent pipelines and sponsor AI upskilling and certification programs.
• Bring Wipro AI platforms into client discussions and shape large transformation opportunities.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Ensure delivery excellence through strong governance, risk management, and SLA adherence.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams across Canada, the US, and India.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity gains, and AI-infused delivery practices.

Data & AI Transformation

• Lead initiatives involving:
• Azure Data Platform
• Databricks
• Data Engineering & Data Modernization
• Business Intelligence & Reporting

• GitHub Copilot Adoption
• AI-Powered Software Engineering

• Identify and implement AI-led productivity accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.

Commercial & Financial Ownership

• Own portfolio revenue, margin, utilization, and profitability.
• Drive account growth through:
• Change Requests (CRs)
• Upsell and Cross-sell opportunities
• New Statement of Work (SOW) creation
• Delivery-led growth initiatives
• Develop and manage account-level business plans and forecasts.

Talent & Capability Development

• Build scalable talent pipelines across Data Engineering, Databricks, AI, and Analytics skills.
• Drive workforce planning, fulfillment, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives.
• Sponsor AI upskilling and certification programs.
• Mentor Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, and emerging leaders.

Innovation & Strategic Growth

• Bring Wipro AI platforms and accelerators into client discussions.
• Collaborate with solution teams to shape large transformation opportunities.
• Support proposals, client workshops, innovation sessions, and roadmap planning.
• Create multi-year account growth strategies aligned to TD Bank priorities.

Preferred Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Consulting, or Account Management.
• 5+ years managing BFSI clients in North America.
