Job summary

Waterloo Regional Health Network Foundation seeks an Officer, Engagement to coordinate and grow the Foundation’s engagement strategy in a hybrid Kitchener-Waterloo environment.

You will lead engagement activities, tours, the Family Campaign, and donor experiences, collaborating with hospital teams, physicians and volunteers to move supporters through the engagement and fundraising pipeline.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in fundraising, communications, marketing, business, event management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years experience in fundraising, donor relations, healthcare, events, nonprofit organizations or a related environment.
• Experience with a fundraising constituent relationship management system, including Raiser's Edge NXT, is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Inside WRHN Tour Program schedules and logistics across WRHN sites.
• Support donor and prospective donor meetings, tours, presentations and engagement experiences.
• Lead the Family Campaign activities and staff participation across WRHN sites.
• Develop engagement experiences and events with hospital teams and community partners.
• Track engagement metrics and KPI reporting for WRHNF management and Board.
• Maintain accurate program records in the CRM and ensure donor-centred communications.
• Collaborate across Philanthropy, Fundraising Events, Marketing, Stewardship and Operations for seamless donor experiences.
