Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional work experience.
• 8+ years experience at a top-tier consulting firm or with software product delivery.
• Strong foundation in value creation, problem structuring, and strategic analysis.
• Comfort working with technology teams, agile methodology and AI concepts, even if not hands-on coding.
• Experience translating ambiguous client problems into executable solutions.
• Confident working with senior executives and leading complex discussions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior customer stakeholders to understand their journey with AI and identify highest‑value constraints, decisions, or processes that AI can automate, augment, or improve.
• Own customer engagements end-to-end, from early problem definition and value framing through scoping, build and production deployment of AI Co-Workers.
• Shape value drivers, success metrics, and roadmaps, ensuring AI Co‑Workers are designed around customer business outcomes and ROI targets.
• Act as the senior FSAI representative for customer engagements, serving as a trusted advisor on value creation and delivery execution.
• Operate as an owner, not an advisor, accountable for outcomes, pace, and quality.

About the Role
