Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking an Engagement Director to lead senior client engagements and deliver end-to-end AI Co-Worker solutions. You will translate client strategy into concrete delivery plans, define value metrics, and drive ROI-focused outcomes across North America.

The role suits candidates with deep experience in strategy consulting or software delivery, who thrive on accountability, scale, and working with senior executives. In-office presence is required at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of professional work experience.
  • Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or software product delivery is preferred.
  • Strong foundation in value creation, problem structuring, and strategic analysis.
  • Comfort with Agile methodology and AI concepts, even if not hands-on coding.
  • Experience translating ambiguous client problems into executable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end engagements with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Define scoping, value framing, and production deployment of AI Co-Workers.
  • Shape value drivers, metrics, and roadmaps aligned to ROI targets.
  • Represent Future Secure AI in client engagements as a trusted advisor.
  • Own outcomes, pace, and delivery quality rather than merely advising.

About The Role
Engagement Directors

are senior engagement leaders with a strong strategy and value creation background. Engagement Directors own the design and delivery of AI Co ‑ Workers and support the overall relationship with enterprise clients. It is their role to ensure that, once deployed, the AI Co-Workers deliver the value and ROI originally agreed to with the customer. This role is well suited tocandidates that havedeep experienceinsoftwareProduct Deliveryand/orsenioralumni from strategy consulting firms(Director or early Principal levels)who want to move from strategy and analytics intohands ‑ on AI delivery with real accountability.

What you will do
  • Work directly with senior customer stakeholders tounderstand theirexistingjourney with AI andidentifythehighest ‑ valueconstraints, decisions, or processes that AI can automate, augment, or improve. You will translatecustomerstrategic intent into concrete AI Co-Worker solutions.
  • Owncustomerengagementsend ‑ to ‑ end, from early problem definition and value framing throughscoping,buildand production deploymentof AI Co-Workers.
  • Shape value drivers, success metrics, and roadmaps, ensuring AICo ‑ Workersare designed aroundcustomerbusiness outcomesand built to meet compelling ROI targets.
  • Act as the senior FSAI representative forcustomer engagements, serving as a trusted advisor on both value creation and delivery execution.
  • Operate as an owner, not an advisor, accountable for outcomes, pace, and quality.
What you will bring

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

  • Minimum 15 years of professional work experience
  • Preference for candidates that come with8+years experienceat atop ‑ tierconsulting firmorwith software product delivery experience
  • Strongand provenfoundation in value creation, problem structuring, and strategic analysis
  • Comfort working with technology teams, the agilemethodologyand AI concepts, even if nothands ‑ oncoding
  • Experience translating ambiguous client problems into executable solutions
  • Confidence working with senior exe cutives and leading complex discussions
