Position Summary

Guided by the Energy & Environment strategic plan, the Energy Manager champions an environmentally sensitive culture, including University Health Network’s values of Stewardship, Safety and Teamwork, through the development and implementation of initiatives related to energy efficiency, utility cost management, GHG emissions mitigation, and overall environmental sustainability. The role delivers energy management through the development and execution of projects as well as programs promoting sustainability, conservation and behavior change strategies across UHN.

Duties

1. Develop and implement energy efficiency initiatives.
2. Manage utility costs and GHG emissions mitigation strategies.
3. Promote sustainability and conservation efforts across UHN.
4. Champion behavior change strategies related to energy management.
