We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Lead to join our IRP Energy Conservation team. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of geo-targeted residential energy efficiency and demand response programs , supporting Ontario's Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) framework.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead design and execution of residential DSM and demand response programs.
• Manage delivery agents, optimize program results and budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to maximize engagement.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and support OEB filings .
• Consult with external stakeholders and contribute to IRP program evolution.
