Job summary

Scotiabank is hiring a Modern Endpoint Management Engineer to design, deploy, and support Windows Autopilot provisioning and enterprise patching at scale. You will drive Intune-based delivery, automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell and Graph API, and partner with Cyber Security to uphold security baselines across a 94,000‑seat environment.

The role requires 5–8 years in endpoint engineering, strong Intune expertise, and a balance of strategic and hands‑on delivery in a regulated enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in endpoint engineering or platform engineering, with at least 4 years on Intune.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Windows Autopilot provisioning services (ESP, Autopilot Reset, enrollment).
• Lead enterprise patch management across Windows Update for Business, Autopatch, and related updates.
• Develop and manage third‑party patching with Intune (e.g., PatchMypc).
• Define standards for Company Portal and Intune delivery, packaging governance, and lifecycle mgmt.
• Implement CIS benchmarks and security baselines with Cyber Security and OS Product teams.
• Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analyses for provisioning, patching, and enrollment services.
• Support tenant modernization initiatives including Intune adoption and co‑management transitions.
• Advance platform maturity through automation with PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure Automation.
