CWD in Niagara Falls is seeking a Consumer Electronics Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle from concept to market. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams, while managing external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-performance, stylish products.

The role is on-site in Niagara Falls, with hours from 8:15am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and a focus on delivering a superior user experience across a diverse portfolio of consumer electronics.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Seven (7) years of experience taking products from concept to implementation for consumer goods.
• Seven (7) years in product management, project management, factory relations and procurement.
• Five (5) years in competitive analysis and market research.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product development process from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and monitor project-specific budgets and track performance metrics.
• Lead process improvements and change management for products.
• Create category-based product matrices from market research and feedback.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure market success.
• Develop strategic business plans including costs, margins and target customers.
• Monitor supply chain issues and external trends affecting products.
• Run experiments and use analytics to drive product improvements.
• Assist with quality control documents for new products.
• Oversee prototypes with stakeholders and vendors; gather feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure proper product positioning.
