Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at NEOTECH Solutions Inc.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Emulation Engineer to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will work on executing tests on GPU Emulation models to validate new features. You will analyze test outputs, debug failures, and report issues to the hardware design team. A good understanding of the tests and targeted functions is essential for effective triage and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute and debug tests on GPU Emulation models to validate new features.
2. Collaborate with design, verification, and architecture teams to identify and resolve issues.
3. Perform emulation tasks, including performance tuning and debugging.
4. Analyze results and provide feedback to engineering teams on design modifications.
5. Debug failures using waveform viewers, log files, and microcode trace dumps.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends in emulation tools, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
2. Experience in emulation and simulation with tools like Veloce, Palladium, ZEBU, HAPs, Protium.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Ruby, Shell, and TCL.
4. Solid understanding of hardware architectures and design principles.
5. Experience with FPGA-based emulation platforms is a plus.
6. Knowledge of current industry GFX Architectures.
7. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
8. Good familiarity with Gaming Silicon product lines, including CPUs, GPUs, and APUs.
9. Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
