Job summary

The University of Alberta is seeking an Employment Services Advisor to join its HR Services team in Edmonton. This role supports the entire employment journey for faculty and staff, from onboarding to departure, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with collective agreements.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Service Partners, Centres of Expertise, and campus partners to process employment actions and deliver service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person. Work primarily takes place at Enterprise Square, Edmonton.
