  • Financial Processing: Execute financial tasks via PeopleSoft, including invoice processing and tracking team expenditures.
  • Reporting & Data: Compile data to support departmental reporting and assist in the preparation of presentations.
  • Special Projects: Support various departmental initiatives and special projects as they arise.
  • General Operations: Provide flexible administrative support across a range of functions to ensure smooth office operations.

Location

This role is in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.

This position provides mid-level administrative support to business units within Campus Services. There is a high degree of diversity in the department and therefore in this role. The candidate should welcome new challenges and learning new processes. At times there may be significant interaction with students, guests, various departments throughout the department as well as external partners and stakeholders.

This position is subject to all applicable terms and conditions of the collective agreement between the Governors of the University of Alberta and the Non-Academic Staff Association (NASA).
