This is a full-time, on-site Calgary role at MaKami College. Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with long weekends, a two-week winter holiday break, and flexible holidays. The Employment Lawyer will handle employment contracts, labor and employment law matters, represent the college in legal issues, and proactively review documentation and privacy policies to ensure they are up-to-date annually. You will work in a senior leadership role alongside our HR team and have a seat at the executive table to contribute to the college's growth and team expansion.
