Location : Remote Work with Occasional Office Meetings

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $190,000 to $225,000 per year

Quarterly Bonus Opportunity :

• For hours billed in excess of 450 : $100 per hour

Position Overview : Our rapidly expanding Employment Law Division is looking for an attorney with a minimum of 15 years experience in the field of Employment Law.

Key Qualifications :

• Extensive background in employment litigation and defense.
• Trial experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Experience in School District defense is required
• Must be knowledgeable in class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) inclusive.
• Holding a Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree.
• Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing.
• Demonstrated ability in research, analysis, and negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to proactive and efficient case management.
