Open Door Group in Calgary seeks an Employer Relationship Specialist to cultivate strong employer partnerships and drive employment outcomes for clients. This full-time role involves outreach, marketing, and placement support, with travel as needed to engage local employers.

The ideal candidate has a diploma related to marketing/sales or HR and 3 years of relevant experience, plus a valid Alberta driver’s license. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing/Sales, Business, or Human Resources.
• Three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Valid Alberta driver's license and use of a motor vehicle.
• Satisfactory criminal record including vulnerable sector check.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong employer partnerships to drive client employment outcomes.
• Identify and engage prospective employer clients and provide targeted marketing and placement support.
• Perform rapid job matching, work connections and customized placements for clients.
• Travel as needed and manage outreach to employers and stakeholders.
