UAP in Montreal, QC is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for a contract role ending in April 2027 to support managers across divisions with HR policies, processes, and programs while ensuring an engaging employee experience.
You will work closely with the ERBP, lead HR initiatives, assist onboarding and training, support safety and health programs, and help manage committees. Bilingual French-English communication across Canada is required to succeed in this role.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Employee Relations Advisor to join our team!
In this key role, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to managers across various divisions in your region. You will play an essential role in the implementation of the company’s HR policies, procedures, and programs while ensuring the promotion of best practices in employee relations management. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the employees' experience and their engagement, thereby directly contributing to the success of our organization.
In close collaboration with the Employee Relations Business Partner, you will participate in various HR projects while providing hands-on support to managers.
