On behalf of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation, Living Skies Housing Authority provides operational, financial, and building management training and mentorship to a network of housing authorities who deliver housing programs and manage provincial housing assets.
Living Skies Housing Authority is looking for an experienced, talented individual for the new position of Employee Development Facilitator. Reporting to the Training Consultant you will contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs to support housing operations and organizational effectiveness.
You will deliver effective and engaged training in person and virtually, coordinate and manage participant registrations and training records, update training materials and assist in the development of new content to meet future needs. As Training Facilitator, you will present on a wide range of topics and policies including Housing Network Overview, Programs, Budget and Budget Monitoring, Tendering and Procurement, Income Determination and Rent Calculations to name a few.
The successful candidate will hold a diploma or degree in Adult Education or related field supplemented with 2-3 years experience delivering training, facilitating workshops and/or coordinating learning programs. Professional presentation skills, superior verbal and written communication skills, combined with advanced computer skills (MS Office; other learning and tracking software) are essential. Experience working in housing, social housing, public sector, non-profit, financial administration or related environment is an asset.
A valid drivers license and overnight travel is required.
