Summit is building the commercial brokerage of the future. We are a boutique Canadian firm offering a tech-enabled, growth-focused environment for Employee Benefits Advisors.

In this role, you will own your pipeline, drive new opportunities, and work directly with decision-makers. You’ll be supported with tools and a flexible hybrid model across Canada, earning competitive compensation.

Formación

• 3+ years of employee benefits or group insurance experience.
• Life & A&S license in home province.
• CEBS or GBA designation is an asset.
• You're comfortable hearing no and pushing forward anyway.
• You like autonomy and being accountable for your results.
• You might be coming from the insurer/carrier side or a large brokerage with growth potential.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and opening doors with business owners and HR leaders.
• Turning conversations into opportunities - and opportunities into clients.
• Designing and presenting group benefits solutions (health, dental, life, A&S, wellness).
• Managing relationships from first meeting through onboarding and renewals.
• Working closely with carriers and internal teammates to get deals across the line.
• Building a book of business you're proud of - and growing it.
