Qualifications

• PSW certification or diploma is required.
• First Aid and CPR Level C certificate required.
• Police check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within 1 year.
• TB test and up-to-date immunizations.

• Excellent communication and ability to foster relationships with healthcare staff and clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, quality care to clients.
• Assist with ADLs including meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Support safe ambulation and transfers.
• Perform delegated tasks as required.
• Promote client independence and well-being.
• Provide psychological and emotional support.
• Communicate clearly with client, family, and stakeholders.
