Job summary

ERPA, a client-focused technology services firm, seeks an Associate Engagement Manager to support Workday implementations and AMS/Phase X projects. You will collaborate with consultants and clients to ensure delivery aligns with goals and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of Workday project experience, a Workday EM/PM certification, and comfort with travel. Location: USA or Canada; sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing Workday implementations, AMS and Phase X projects with a Workday partner.
• Experience managing Workday projects for higher ed/public sector clients is preferred.
• A Workday EM/PM certification must remain active.

Responsibilities

• Be the key connection between our consultants and the client.
• Support multiple Workday engagements concurrently.
• Ensure projects stay within SOW scope and meet milestones and budget.
• Gauge and report project health and monitor risks and issues.
• Assist with status updates and governance meetings.
• Assist with work assignments and resource management for AMS/Phase X.
