Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of QA/QC experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety standards.
• Experience supporting audits (SQF/BRCGS is an asset).
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HACCP-based food safety and quality programs across the site.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, CFIA/SFCR, and audit standards.
• Oversee daily QA/QC activities on the production floor.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances and drive effective CAPA.
• Manage audit readiness and support audits.
• Enhance quality systems, documentation, and SOPs.
• Provide training as the QA/QC function expands.
