Job summary

Simpcw Resources Group in Barriere/ Clearwater, BC is seeking a Junior Project Manager to assist in planning, coordination and execution of mid‑complexity projects. You will learn from senior team members in Construction and Project Management while supporting cost control, scheduling and contract administration.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Tech diploma or related degree and at least 3 years of construction/project delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in construction or project delivery.
• Education: Diploma/degree; equivalent experience considered.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of projects.
• Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Maintain contract correspondence and logs (RFI, OFI, NCR).
• Coordinate meetings and ensure accurate records.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with quality standards.
