Vitacore Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Engineering Project Assistant – Compliance to support product development and regulatory activities across multiple projects.

The role offers hands-on experience in medical device development, design control, testing coordination, and documentation. You will collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams across Burnaby and Port Coquitlam locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized institution is required.
• Recent graduates and early-career engineers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product development projects from initial development through verification and regulatory stages.
• Assist with preparation, organization, and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Support design control activities and test documentation.
• Coordinate product testing with internal teams and external labs.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding actions.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure compliance.
