Towtal Roadside Solutions in Ontario is seeking motivated Tow Truck Operators to join our roadside assistance team. You will provide emergency services in high-volume areas, safely navigating busy roadways and varying weather while upholding company standards and delivering professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Valid G driver's license with clean abstract.
• Clean criminal and judicial background.
• Tow experience or familiarity with towing operations.
• Strong customer service and sales communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to service and tow vehicles.
• Comfortable working alone in roadside environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency roadside assistance services in high-volume service areas.
• Work safely on busy roadways and in varying weather conditions.
• Comply with all safety standards, municipal regulations, and subcontractor requirements.
• Meet or exceed service quality and performance standards set by the contracting organization.
