Role and Facility Information

The Abbotsford Department of Emergency Medicine is recruiting for 2 full-time positions. We seek dedicated physicians to join our collegial and excellent team. CPSBC US certified class of registration is acceptable.

Our group includes experienced physicians and recently trained ER doctors. We support new graduates, including exam-eligible ER residency grads.

We are a full-service regional referral center with 8 daily 7.5-hour shifts, compensated on a fee-for-service basis. Our case mix includes about 20% pediatrics. We are an accredited level 3 trauma center, with opportunities to join the trauma service. 24/7 local specialty support is available, and we maintain excellent relationships with consulting services.

A recent ER expansion has increased patient care areas to 81.
