Job summary

Under supervision of the Manager or designate, the RN adheres to BCCNM standards and the patient- and family-centered care model, collaborating with an interprofessional team. Shift rotation includes Days and Nights on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in British Columbia and compliance with BCCNM standards.
• Experience in Emergency Department preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient- and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to assess and plan care.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care across life-threatening to non-urgent cases.
