Qualifications

• Graduate of the McMaster or Consortium Physician Assistant Program.
• Certified by the Physician Assistant Certification Council of Canada.
• Eligible to work in Canada/Ontario.
• Current ACLS and BCLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient interviews and obtain medical histories.
• Perform physical examinations and procedures as delegated.
• Provide counseling on preventive health care.
• Carry out controlled acts as delegated by a physician.
