Volant Products Inc. seeks an Embedded Systems Developer to prototype and develop firmware for embedded hardware in tools for instrumentation and automation used in well construction.
The role covers full lifecycle development from concept to bench testing while collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and software teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of embedded C/C++ experience on ARM microcontrollers with RTOS, plus Bluetooth and Zigbee integration for commercial products.

Reporting to the Senior Technology Engineer, Instrumentation, the Embedded Systems Developer is responsible for prototyping and developing firmware solutions that integrate into embedded hardware designs of mechanical tools for the purpose of instrumentation and automation. The Embedded Systems Developer is responsible for full lifecycle development, from concept firmware development to final bench testing, while collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and software teams.
