Job summary

Curtiss-Wright is seeking a Software Team Lead to guide a group of software developers in Ottawa, ensuring on-time delivery of embedded product initiatives and upgrades. You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Customer Support and Product Management.

The role requires strong leadership, deep embedded software experience, and hands-on development with C, U-Boot, and firmware architectures across Intel, ARM, and Power platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
