Located : Mid-town Toronto - Onsite 3 days / week

Duration : Approx 8. weeks, 35 hours / week.

Rate : $30-37 / hr.

Position Overview

Our client is looking for an Email Production Coordinator to join their team for approx 8 weeks. You will be responsible for email production coordination - email layouts, managing lists, and email deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Design visually appealing email templates using CSS and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on with HTML and CSS coding.
• Comfortable working in Adobe Journey Optimizer for email deployment is a major plus!
• Responsible for replacing images, copy, headlines in pre-designed and pre-approved templates.
• Collaborate with the design team to create graphic assets for campaigns.
• Ensure all emails are mobile-responsive and follow best practices in UI / UX design.
• Maintain the content management system to ensure up-to-date and relevant email offerings.
• Conduct thorough testing and rendering checks across email clients and devices.
• Help maintain email asset library and ensure creative is brand aligned.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience as an Email Coordinator with hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.
• Experience using Mailchimp, Salesforce, and Klaviyo is an asset.
• Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools.
• Familiarity with CSS and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of email automation and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems and their functionalities.
