We are seeking a driven, passionate individual with energy to create impactful work. As an Email Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include :

• Anticipating client needs and coordinating with the team
• Managing campaign deployment tasks to ensure timely project completion
• Managing project assets for successful execution
• Building strong relationships with clients and team members
• Setting up and executing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, following Munvo or client processes
• Implementing processes, data strategies, and analytics within the team
• Developing Business Requirements Documents related to data management, segmentation, decision trees, testing, and deployment criteria

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years experience with marketing automation software, email distribution, CRM, or direct marketing
• Experience in segmentation, data analytics, solution design, email deployment, and reporting
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in web, CRM, or digital advertising spaces
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical background
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and positive team attitude
• Knowledge of the Banking or Financial industry is a plus
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and / or Data Cloud certifications are assets
