Eloise is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house team during service, maintain a strong on-floor presence, and ensure guests are well looked after.

This hands-on role emphasizes leading by example, coaching staff, and partnering with the General Manager and culinary team to deliver hospitality and strong service standards every night.
