School District No.57 in Prince George is seeking a 0.2 FTE K-7 ELL classroom teacher for a limited duration contract. Applicants with assessment and trauma-informed practice experience are preferred.

Applicants must hold or be eligible for the BC Teaching Certificate and TRB licensure, provide required certificates, transcripts, practicum reports, and three professional references with contact emails.

• Valid BC Ministry of Education Teaching Certificate (or proof of application).
• Evidence of assessment as and for learning strategies.
• Experience integrating Indigenous culture and Truth and Reconciliation into curriculum.
• Ability to use diverse teaching strategies to meet all learners in inclusive settings.
• Experience with social and emotional learning.
• Strong classroom management and organization.
• Collaborative teamwork and communication with staff and parents.
• Willingness to travel with valid driver’s license.
