Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of client relationship management experience with advisory capability.
• Strong understanding of credit and financial planning fundamentals.
• Proven track record in relationship sales and business development in a team setting.
• Ability to solve complex issues independently and discreetly.
• Bilingual English and French to serve a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth through new household acquisition and grow revenue with existing clients.
• Collaborate with Private Banking Advisor and Associate teams for day-to-day banking needs and credit structuring.
• Develop individual plans to meet revenue targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a client portfolio while reviewing performance and pipeline regularly.
• Apply financial planning principles with RBC investment and wealth planning colleagues to address client needs.
